AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY
We hire for a wide range of onsite roles, including (but not limited to): Production & Technical Technical Director – Leads all technical elements (AV, lighting, rigging) Production Manager – Oversees logistics, budget, and execution Line Producer – Manages financials and budget tracking Media Logistics Lead / Coordinator – Supports content capture and media operations Show Flow & Stage Show Caller – Runs the show and cues all elements Stage Manager / Assistant – Ensures seamless backstage execution Front of House & Guest Experience FOH Lead / Coordinator – Manages guest-facing experience (catering, décor, activations) Crowd / Guest Journey Lead / Coordinator – Designs and supports attendee experience Brand Ambassador – Represents the brand and engages with attendees Operations & Logistics Operations Coordinator – Supports overall event operations Scheduling Coordinator – Builds and maintains event timelines Transportation / Travel Coordinator – Manages guest and staff logistics Hotel Logistics – Oversees accommodations Creative & Experience Art Lead – Executes visual design onsite Location Producer / Coordinator – Secures and manages venues Speaker / Talent Management – Supports speakers and performers General Event Support Production Assistant – Flexible support across teams (driver’s license required) Event Staff – On-the-ground support across various functions
EXPERIENCE LEVELS
We have opportunities across all levels: Entry-Level (0–2 years): Assistants, Coordinators, Event Staff Mid-Level (3–5 years): Coordinators, Leads, Specialists Senior-Level (5+ years): Managers, Leads, Directors
