We operate through our own regulated entities, with compliance and risk controls built directly into the platform. We can also support customers operating under their own licenses with the compliance and financial operations required to run their programs. This is an open application for people who don’t fit one of our posted roles but believe they can help Bastion. The best early hires often don’t match a predefined role. You might build incredible internal tooling, have relationships in a market we haven’t entered, turn data into strategy into revenue, or turn messy processes into working systems.
