Job description
GOALS Manage the project (times, tasks, resources and client) for an efficient execution of itåÊ Develop new solutions to support the growth of the business.åÊ Support in the sale of projects together with the partner responsible for the account. ACADEMIC TRAINING Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Physics Engineer, Business Administration, Economics, International Business or relatedåÊ Master's Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related postgraduate programs.
REQUIREMENTS

- 7 years or more of experience managing projects on supply issues, processes that involve optimizing the supply of a product / service such as: logistics, layout design, manufacturing and distribution channels.
- Define and manage other activities within a complex project
- Be responsible for the management of a track completely (scope, activities, times, people and deviations) within a project.
- Direct small projects with clients of low or high complexity
FUNCTIONS

- Project Management:
- Work plan and assignment of activities
- Analysis and design of solutions.
- Management of scope, time, resources, people and expenses
- Communication with team members and project clients
- Compliance with commitments
- Identification of project sales opportunities
- Evaluation and formal feedback to the team

- Collaboration in the realization of proposals and support in commercial processes.
- Knowledge Management.
- Internal Team Development: Development of skills of Analysts and Consultants during projects (assignment of activities and coaching) and Mentoring.
- Development of Initiatives.
