Job description
i360technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Manager to lead delivery of a financial systems modernization engagement, in support of an upcoming federal financial systems modernization initiative.
This is a senior, client-facing leadership role overseeing a small, integrated core team — a Solution Architect/Delivery Lead, a Senior Functional Lead, and an Oracle Cloud EPM Federal Accounting Expert — delivering Oracle Cloud EPM Budget Formulation implementation and related financial management workstreams. The PM will own the delivery relationship with client leadership, manage schedule, cost, risk, and staffing, and represent i360technologies as the primary point of contact for task order execution.
What You Will Do
- Own overall project delivery, schedule, budget, and staffing for the engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the federal client and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Manage a core team of three — a Solution Architect/Delivery Lead, a Senior Functional Lead, and an Oracle Cloud EPM Federal Accounting Expert — coordinating architecture, functional, and technical work streams.
- Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule, risk register, and status reporting artifacts.
- Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues; develop mitigation plans and drive resolution.
- Lead recurring status meetings, project reviews, and executive briefings with client leadership.
- Coordinate with i360technologies leadership on staffing, contract modifications, and delivery quality.
- Support proposal development, staffing plans, and capture activities for follow-on or adjacent task orders.
- Ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements, quality standards, and federal project management best practices (PMI or FAC-P/PM aligned).
- Mentor team members and foster a high-performing, client-focused delivery culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, public administration, or a related field. Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a degree.
- At least 8 years of project management experience, including at least 4 years managing federal government IT or financial systems engagements.
- Active PMP certification required.
- Candidates should have direct experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Planning, PBCS/EPBCS, Oracle Hyperion Planning, or Hyperion Public Sector Planning and Budgeting.
- 3+ years of experience supporting budget formulation, financial planning, forecasting, or performance management solutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing small, multidisciplinary technical teams (3+ FTEs) on a federal contract.
- Experience managing schedule, budget, staffing, and risk on a federal task order or contract.
- Strong client-facing communication skills; experience briefing federal executives and CORs.
- Experience with federal acquisition and contract administration basics (task orders, deliverables, invoicing cycles).
Preferred Experience
- Direct the federal client project management experience on a large federal financial or IT systems engagement.
- Experience managing an Oracle Cloud EPM Planning, Oracle EBS, or other federal financial systems modernization engagement.
- Familiarity with federal budget formulation and financial management processes.
- FAC-P/PM certification.
- Experience supporting proposal development or capture activities.
- Active federal Public Trust or security clearance.
