Your Role:
As the Facility Service Driver, you’ll be providing transportation services for company staff, investors, vendors, materials, and equipment, as well as assisting with various facility-related tasks. You will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operations of everyday activities by supporting both driving and facility maintenance needs. With a focus on reliability, customer service, and safety. Must be available for Monday -Friday 10am – 7pm as primary work schedule. Must be flexible and available to work on evenings and weekends as needed for special offsite events.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety of transporting company guests, vendors, and staff.
- Follow traffic laws and ensure a professional experience.
- Use company-provided navigation tools for seamless trips.
- Will need to travel occasionally between HQ and Manufacturing Plant in Hanford, CA.
- Ensure cleanliness and routine maintenance check of vehicles.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- A valid California Driver License with at least 5 years of clean driving record.
- Be at least 25 years old (for insurance purposes)
- Professional, good communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in driving automatic transmission vehicles; manual transmission experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving Systems (ADS)
- Familiarity with new vehicle features and functions.
- Ability to operate small handheld tools
- Experience with MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- This is a safety-sensitive position, must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug testing
- Flexible to work evenings, weekend or overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, sit for long drive, squat, stoop, climb ladders, and carry materials and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ride share experience is plus
- Bilingual Mandarin is plus
Hourly Salary Range:
($17/HR DOE), potential OT eligibility plus benefits and incentive plans.
