Job description
Levanta is the creator affiliate platform built for modern e-commerce. We connect brands, creators, publishers, and marketplaces through a single platform for creator discovery, activation, partnership management, payments, and cross-channel performance measurement. Through our Creator Marketplace and AI-powered Social Discovery, brands can access more than 90,000 vetted creators and millions more across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, building measurable creator partnerships across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other retail channels.
Following our recent $22 million Series B, which brought our total funding to more than $43 million, we are investing further in our technology, our team, and our expansion across the retail ecosystem. We are building the infrastructure for Creator Commerce Media and creating more opportunities for brands to grow, creators to earn, and marketplaces to generate measurable demand.
We're hiring a Partner Development Manager (PDR) to grow Levanta's network of agency partners. This is a channel-focused role: you'll identify, recruit, and onboard agencies (affiliate agencies, influencer/creator agencies, ecommerce marketing agencies, tech partners, and more) and onboard them into Levanta's partner ecosystem, working closely with our internal Partner Managers to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term success.
You'll own the top of the partner funnel, sourcing and closing new agency relationships, while collaborating cross-functionally to make sure every partnership is set up to thrive.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and prospect agencies (affiliate, influencer, and ecommerce marketing agencies) that fit Levanta's partner profile
- Run outbound recruitment motions: cold outreach, discovery calls, and pitching Levanta's value proposition to partners
- Manage a smooth handoff of qualified agency partners to Levanta's Partner Management team, including clear documentation of goals, context, and expectations
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting in the CRM (HubSpot)
- Track and report on outbound metrics: activity levels, pipeline volume, conversion rates, and ICP fit
- Gather market feedback from agencies to help shape Levanta's partner program, incentives, and positioning
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, agency sales, or channel development, ideally in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or ecommerce
- A track record of sourcing high-quality partnership or agency leads through outbound prospecting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable running consistent, high-volume outbound outreach
- Experience working cross-functionally with account/partner management teams to hand off qualified leads cleanly
- Familiarity with the affiliate marketing, creator economy, or Amazon/ecommerce seller landscape is a strong plus
- Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment
- CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Nice to Have:
- Existing relationships with affiliate, influencer, or ecommerce marketing agencies
- Experience at an affiliate network, SaaS platform, or marketplace business
- Background in Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart seller ecosystems
What Levanta Offers:
- A dynamic and supportive work environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Open vacation and sick policy, take the time you need.
- Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding startup.
- A culture that values diversity, inclusion, and the impact of every team member on our success.
- Must have a permanent address in one of our hub states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or DC.
Why work at Levanta
- Culture: The company explicitly promotes a "Life Comes First" philosophy, emphasizing smart work, personal freedom, and balance. Values include trust, accountability, collaboration, and intentionality.
- Remote/Hybrid Policy: Offices in Seattle (HQ) and Shenzhen, China. The company describes itself as "In-Office or Remote" but requires employees in the US to have a permanent address in one of eight hub states (California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, or Washington) for payroll/legal purposes.
- Perks: Competitive salary and benefits, open vacation and sick policy ("take the time you need"), and a focus on growth and advancement in a fast-paced startup. The engineering team is small but growing (11 employees or 12% of workforce). The company actively uses and builds with AI, offering early-stage exposure to AI/ML in a commercial setting (e.g., using Claude for internal tasks).
- Growth Trajectory: A post-Series A startup with explosive headcount growth (82% YoY), providing significant opportunity for career acceleration, cross-functional exposure, and taking on increasing ownership as the company scales.
