We are looking for a payroll specialist that knows their way in the payroll world and wants to know more. Our company is a high scale tech company that value great service to our costumers and our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Support the global payroll process including collecting, validating, and updating data in payroll systems in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality
• Handling onboarding and terminations processes and paperwork.
• Continuous updates of Papaya payroll system
• Act as a point of reference on payroll related questions and requests – in a professional and helpful manner.
• Successfully maintaining internal and external work interfaces – HR, Finance and Admin teams, Insurance Companies, official authorities etc.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in preparing/assisting payroll process. Global experience with other European countries is an advantage
• Proficiency with payroll-related systems and software – MS Excel (must), Hilan (preferable).
• Desire to learn and specialize in the fields of global salary: personal income tax, labour laws and social benefits.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Czecch.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, Customer service oriented.
• Strong personal ethics.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Motivated, fast learner, and responsible.

*We operate in a hybrid model, requiring three days in the office.
