Job description

In this role, you’ll help people own it. The People department resolves all matters connected to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding. Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers across all employee lifecycle, providing guidance from onboarding and team development to organizational changes and offboarding;
  • Coach and develop leaders to grow their people leadership skills and team effectiveness;
  • Collaborate with other People Partners and stakeholders to develop and implement People strategies;
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring plans align with business needs and long-term workforce planning;
  • Design and implement overall engagement and retention initiatives to increase organizational, team and individual performance;
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the business to proactively identify people-related challenges, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions amidst shifting priorities;
  • Analyze trends and data metrics to develop new solutions, improve processes and drive meaningful outcomes;
  • Constantly look for areas of improvement and own the implementation of solutions.

Core Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years proven working experience as an HR business partner or a similar role (in fast-growing companies is a plus);
  • Good working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, performance review, training, and development);
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities;
  • Ability to build relationships, make an impact through cooperation with others;
  • Comfort with HR data: ability to draw insights from dashboards and translate them into recommendations for people managers.
  • Hands-on mindset, solution finder and action-oriented team player.
