Our culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial and focused on delivering high-quality work for our clients, while creating an environment where our people can develop and make a genuine impact.
The Role
We're looking for someone who loves being organised, enjoys working with people and gets real satisfaction from making things happen behind the scenes. This is a varied role where you'll support our People and Talent Management activities, from welcoming new starters and supporting career development to keeping our systems and processes running smoothly. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, helping to keep things on track, find better ways of doing things and make a real difference to the employee experience. - Helping us stay connected: Supporting internal communications, employee updates and activities that bring our people together.
- Being the go-to organiser: Keeping our systems, records and processes up to date, coordinating meetings, tracking actions and helping colleagues find the information they need.
- Making things better: Spotting opportunities to simplify processes, reduce duplication and find more efficient ways of working.
- Supporting the wider business: Getting involved in business support activities, projects and day-to-day administration wherever an extra pair of hands can make a difference.

- A proactive and reliable approach, with the confidence to raise gaps, delays or unclear ownership with the appropriate person.
- An interest in improving routine processes and making information easier for others to understand and use.
- The ability to balance planned People activity with defined support for wider business priorities.
