Job description

In dieser Rolle bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für die Personalentwicklung unserer Mitarbeitenden und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, dass sich alle optimal entfalten können und NEURA Robotics nachhaltig wächst. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Konzeption, Organisation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterentwicklung, wie Trainings, Weiterbildungsprogramme, Feedbackformate und individuelle Karrierepfade.
  • Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften zu Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, Potenzialförderung und langfristiger Karriereplanung.
  • Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von strukturierten Entwicklungsprogrammen (z. B. Talentprogramme, Leadership Development, Skill-Frameworks)
  • Begleitung von Performance- und Feedbackprozessen zur Förderung einer offenen und lernorientierten Unternehmenskultur.
  • Mitwirkung bei Onboarding-Prozessen mit Fokus auf eine nachhaltige Integration und Entwicklung neuer Mitarbeitender.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von HR-Standards und -Prozessen im Bereich Personalentwicklung, die den Anforderungen eines dynamischen Unternehmens gerecht werden.
  • Analyse von Entwicklungsbedarfen sowie Erstellung und Auswertung relevanter HR-Kennzahlen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Maßnahmen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und anderen HR-Bereichen zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung der People & Culture Aktivitäten.

Auf was können wir uns freuen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Psychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Personalentwicklung, Learning & Development oder HR (je nach Senioritätslevel)
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Trainings, Weiterbildungsprogrammen oder Entwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Verständnis für moderne Lernformate (z. B. Blended Learning, E-Learning, Coaching) und deren effektiven Einsatz
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Kennzahlen und deren Ableitung von Maßnahmen
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Begeisterung für Themen wie Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Unternehmenskultur und New Work
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
