Job description

Be the driving force behind how our culture, people and ways of working evolve as Robin grows.

As our People Experience Manager, you help shape the organization and culture Robin needs for its next phase of growth. You are responsible for bringing our culture and values to life, creating an environment where people feel connected, keep growing and can perform at their best.

You drive how our people learn and develop, how we communicate and stay connected, and how we continuously improve the way we work together. From building future capabilities and strengthening leadership to embedding AI, enabling change and turning employee insights into action, you create scalable programs that move both our people and our business forward.

Working closely with leaders and teams across Robin, you help us grow without losing the energy, ownership and culture that make Robin, Robin.

What you'll do

  • Internal communication and alignment: Own our internal communication strategy to build clarity and transparency. Translate business strategy and leadership priorities into clear stories that keep everyone connected. Evolve RobinNet and communication rhythms based on genuine team insights.
  • Learning development and change management: Shape and drive our company-wide Learning & Development strategy. Build custom learning pathways, leadership programs, and skill frameworks. Serve as the practical bridge for business transformations, guiding teams through change with clear toolkits and guidance.
  • Smart technology and AI integration: Use modern AI tools to build personalized training materials and speed up onboarding. Help teams across the company adopt AI in their daily routines. Turn new tools into practical improvements in productivity, collaboration, and learning.
  • Culture, engagement and listening: Translate our People strategy into a culture agenda that brings our values to life. Own our employee listening framework through pulse checks and engagement surveys. Partner with managers to turn feedback into concrete action for wellbeing and growth.
  • Organizational effectiveness: Lead programs that make Robin smarter and more scalable in how we work and collaborate (ROS). Identify friction and repetitive work, and use AI, automation and new ways of working to redesign how work gets done. Turn successful experiments into scalable practices that increase productivity, speed and ownership, while protecting the energy and culture that make Robin unique.

What you bring

  • BA or MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Between 5-7 years of leading experience in HR, People Experience or L&D roles, roles with a proven track record of driving comparable culture, learning, engagement or change initiatives in organisations of similar or greater size and complexity, ideally within a high tech, fast paced and international environment.
  • Experience with HR systems (HiBob, ATS, Survey tools, LMS Platforms) and AI -driven HR tools and analytics.
  • Leadership experience managing direct reports and cross functional project sub-teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with a hands-on proactive execution mindset.
  • Strategic communication and advisory skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong digital literacy with a drive to apply AI tools to learning and communication
  • Analytical, empathetic, and a confident communicator with teams and leadership alike
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic, international setting

N.B. Don't worry if you don't tick every box. Our mission is a journey, and there's plenty to learn along the way. If most of this fits, we'd love to hear from you.

A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a background check are part of our screening process. We appreciate your understanding.
