Job description

Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead paid acquisition strategy and performance across multiple client accounts. You will oversee campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, testing, and reporting across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will work closely with creative, content, SEO, analytics, and account teams to turn paid media investment into measurable business results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with client goals, budgets, and growth targets.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Own campaign budgets and make data-driven decisions around allocation, bidding, targeting, and scaling.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality.
  • Build and manage full-funnel paid media strategies, including prospecting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
  • Plan and evaluate A/B tests across audiences, ad creative, messaging, offers, and landing pages.
  • Work with creative and content teams to develop and improve high-performing advertising assets.
  • Identify conversion and performance opportunities across campaigns, landing pages, and customer journeys.
  • Prepare performance reports and translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with LinkedIn Ads or other paid channels is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns against measurable business goals.
  • Strong understanding of paid acquisition, audience targeting, funnel strategy, and conversion optimization.
  • Confident working with performance data and marketing analytics tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, priorities, and deadlines independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain performance insights clearly to clients and internal teams.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, attribution tools, programmatic advertising, landing page optimization, e-commerce marketing, or AI-powered marketing tools.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications, with the full package discussed during the interview process. Professional development and training opportunities. Fully remote across US time zones, with additional company benefits discussed during the interview process.
