Job description
Position: PRODUCT TEHCNOLOGY TEAM, Photo ENGINEER
Location: COVINGTON, GA
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Lithography and Photo Resist based on the understanding of physics and optics
- Own engineering projects to execute yield roadmap, device targeting and attain performance target
- DOE (Design of experiment) and optimize the Exposure and Photo Resist Condition
- Participate cross-organizational team of engineers to identify root cause and failure analysis
- Operate process management based on customer specification
- Support standardization of recipes and establish SOPs through concrete engineering
- Perform statistical process control tasks through the use of statistical tools
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Optic, Chemistry, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or similar disciplines
- Experience with module processes such as deposition, lithography, dry etch, plasma drill and thin films and metrology
- Familiar with semiconductor integration processes
- Effective organizational, interpersonal, and strong communication skills are required
- Analytical thinking by data science and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- semi-conductor fabrication experience or education is required
QUALITIFICATION
- Ability to work independently, with minimum direction, and a focus on meeting commitments
- Ability to learn and pick up new technologies very quickly
- Highly motivated, driven & hard working
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
EXPERIENCE
- 1-year experiences in Semiconductor, PWB, OSAT & Quick Etching preferred but not required
SALARY
- $70,000 - $80,000
