  • Authentic individuals with a diverse point of view
  • Lifelong learners with a drive to excel
  • Resilient people who rise to the occasion

Position Summary BPM Caravel Partners' Advisory Technology Group is established and growing. We are hiring the person who will take it to its next stage: deepening what we already deliver well, opening new offerings, and carrying the commercial results. This is a hands-on role with an experienced practitioner and a full delivery organization behind it. You lead the work directly on client engagements, set direction for where the group goes next, and own the number. Scope covers enterprise technologies such as ERP, CRM, HCM, BI, and AI. We are looking for someone conversant across the platform landscape — NetSuite, Salesforce, and their peers — paired with real industry expertise in the sectors our clients operate in.

What You'll Do

Own the number. Practice revenue, margin, and growth. Build the annual plan, manage the pipeline, and contribute directly to bookings through your own relationships and pursuits.

Lead client work directly. Run assessments, roadmaps, platform selections, and process transformations across finance, supply chain, procurement, HCM, and reporting. Sit inside the client's process rather than adjacent to it. Configure, prototype, and prove it works before recommending it.

Expand the practice. Take ideas to plan to execution: new service definitions, delivery methods, accelerators, playbooks, and reusable assets that build on what the group already does well. Raise the bar on the offerings already in market.

Create content, with support behind you. Points of view, frameworks, client briefings, webinars, enablement material. You supply the thinking; marketing, design, and editorial handle production.

Read the market. Platform roadmaps, vendor consolidation, pricing shifts, alliance dynamics, and a clear-eyed read on where AI changes the work versus where it is noise. Feed that back into what we build and sell.

Work across Caravel. Partner with delivery, alliances, and business development so the group amplifies the firm's broader advisory work rather than running parallel to it.

Requirements

Who This Is For

  • 8+ years across enterprise applications and business process consulting, including a stretch owning revenue or a book of business.
  • Industry expertise in one or more of the sectors we serve, strong enough to talk operations with a client's functional owners rather than only their IT team.
  • Knowledgeable across the enterprise platform landscape, including NetSuite and Salesforce. You can guide a selection, pressure-test a roadmap, and hold a vendor to account without needing to be the certified configurator.
  • Real fluency in applied AI and where it is genuinely changing how this work gets done.
  • Business process first, technically credible second. You can facilitate a design session and stand up a working prototype from the same conversation.
  • You have grown a practice or offering from early traction to repeatable scale, and know what that takes.
  • Equally comfortable in the pursuit and in the delivery, and you write and present well enough that clients keep the deck.

Education

Education and Credentials

A degree in business, information technology, accounting, or a related field is preferred. An MBA, CPA, or relevant platform certification is a plus.

Success Metrics

What Success Looks Like

Revenue and margin against plan. New offerings in market alongside stronger performance from the ones already there. Repeat advisory work from existing clients. Content our teams put to use. A team grown behind the work as demand increases.
