Role Overview
As a Recruiter at Coupang Taiwan, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment across key business functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to build strong talent pipelines, deliver exceptional candidate experience, and ensure hiring excellence aligned with Coupang’s high hiring bar, and consistently 'raise the bar' for Coupang Taiwan.
What You Will Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, events, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct structured interviews and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes
- Collaborate with regional and global TA teams to align on best practices and processes
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events in Taiwan
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–15 years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or a mix)
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for e-commerce, tech, operations, or supply chain roles
- Experience working in a high-growth or multinational company
- Strong sourcing skills and experience hiring passive candidates
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
