The Role

We’re hiring a Product Engineer with 3+ years of software engineering experience who wants a say in what gets built, and can build it. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers to find the real friction in their workflows, shape solutions, and ship them across the stack, bringing AI into production workflows that research teams rely on every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Get close to customers. Watch how they work. Find the friction they’ve learned to live with.
  • Pick a problem, shape the solution, and ship it across the stack.
  • Build interfaces people understand and systems they can depend on.
  • Bring AI into real workflows, with the evaluations and recovery paths to make it useful.
  • Follow your work into production. Look at usage, listen to feedback, and keep improving it.
  • Challenge a bad idea, including your own.

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

  • 3+ years of experience building and shipping software
  • Strong full-stack skills. We work with React, TypeScript, Python, and AWS
  • Evidence of things you’ve taken from idea to working product
  • Good judgment about scope, speed, quality, and when to stop polishing
  • Care for the small details that make software feel good
  • The initiative to get context, make a decision, and move

Bonus Points

  • Experience with AI products
  • Experience with enterprise workflows
  • Experience on early-stage teams
