Job description

About the Role: We're looking for a Product Manager who’s obsessed with solving real user problems, shaping product strategy, and shipping features that make an impact. You'll work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to take ideas from concept to launch.

🔧 What You'll Do:

  • Own product roadmap and prioritize features based on data, user needs, and business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing) to deliver high-quality products
  • Define and track KPIs to measure success and iterate quickly
  • Conduct user research and synthesize insights into product decisions
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and specs 🧠 What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech/startup environment
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Experience with agile/scrum and product tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Mixpanel)
  • Bonus: background in design, engineering, or growth 🚀 Why Join Us?
  • Direct impact on product and user experience
  • Work with a smart, fun, and driven team
  • Flexible hours and remote-friendly
  • Opportunity to grow into a leadership role

Why work at achedin.in

  • Size & culture: With only ~2 employees, this is a micro-business rather than a growing startup. Work culture is likely unstructured and informal.
  • Remote/Hybrid: Location is India; given the small team, remote work may be possible but not formally defined.
  • Notable perks: No public information about perks, benefits, or professional development is available.
  • Engineering/tech: No evidence of a dedicated engineering or technology team; the business likely uses off-the-shelf e-commerce platforms.

Important note for job seekers: This company is a micro-business with no public growth metrics, funding, or team expansion plans. Opportunities for career growth, mentorship, or professional development are likely very limited compared to an established startup or corporate environment.
