EP Wealth Advisors· $120k–$140k·
Role details
Job description
EP Wealth Advisors (EPWA) is a wealth management advisory firm with more than $49.1 billion as of June 30, 2026, serving primarily high-net-worth individuals. EPWA fosters an inclusive environment where associates can learn, grow, take on new challenges, and advance their careers. Summary The Product Manager, Enablement & Adoption is an entrepreneurial senior individual contributor who turns new products and capabilities into advisor experiences that are easy to understand, adopt, and use. This field- and market-facing role leads pilots, launches, adoption, and Voice of Customer efforts with financial advisors, financial planners, portfolio managers, and field leaders. It does not manage an engineering backlog or development team. Instead, it partners with Product and Technology on work requiring build, procurement or delivery and leads selected priority initiatives from discovery through iteration. Duties & Responsibilities Lead product activation, including launch readiness, pilots, beta programs, targeted adoption efforts, and sustained use. Translate products into clear advisor value propositions and create the positioning, messaging, use cases, demonstrations, and training needed for adoption. Work directly with financial advisors, financial planners, portfolio managers, and field leaders to assess product performance, identify friction, and understand what drives engagement. Build a structured Voice of Customer pipeline that turns questions, feedback, usage patterns, and unmet needs into actionable themes. Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Training, and business teams to translate customer insights into product improvements, roadmap priorities, and new concepts. For selected priorities, lead discovery, business case development, cross-functional execution, and iteration, coordinating build or delivery with Product and Technology partners. Define and track success measures across engagement, usage, satisfaction, and business impact, then lead improvements when results fall short. Codify successful activation practices into scalable playbooks for launch planning, champion networks, communications, and enablement.
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience and a record of driving adoption and measurable outcomes for products or programs. Experience in one or more of the following: product marketing, go-to-market, sales or field enablement, customer success, Voice of Customer, product management, consulting, or a startup environment. Strong customer and analytical instincts, with the ability to identify patterns in qualitative and quantitative signals and turn them into action. Sound product and business judgment, including identifying root problems, prioritizing opportunities, testing assumptions quickly, and balancing speed with rigor. Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex products simple and compelling for advisors and senior leaders. High agency, comfort with ambiguity, and the credibility to create structure, build an initial solution, and move work forward across functions without direct authority. Wealth management or fintech experience is preferred; curiosity, versatility, and the ability to learn quickly are equally important.
