What You Will Do

  • Own product discovery and feature planning for existing internet platform products, translating user insights into user-centered product improvements.
  • Research into and provide  insights into global industry trends, identify emerging market opportunities, and incubate new products to explore and capture new market segments.
  • Monitor competitor dynamics, define product positioning, roadmap and overall product strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Analyze user feedback, extract core user needs and demands, and drive the continuous iterative optimization of products.
  • Design and iterate user growth strategies, and support cross-functional teams in product promotion and brand outreach.
  • Track core product data metrics, formulate data-driven operational strategies, and maximize product value and market influence.
  • Develop comprehensive product monetization strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in internet, gaming, consumer technology.
  • Exhibit outstanding logical reasoning, verbal communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Possess sharp market observation and analytical capabilities, with a strong aptitude for identifying user pain points and core needs.
  • Have solid data analysis competencies, capable of leveraging data to pinpoint product and operational problems and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain strong intellectual curiosity and excellent learning aptitude with a proactive attitude to embrace challenging work assignments.
  • Have a genuine passion for the gaming and internet industries.
