WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manager to join our Product Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling innovative approaches that enhance our product lifecycle, from intake to prioritization and product launch.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product initiatives and operational improvements, with a particular focus on identifying opportunities to automate internal processes, scale AI usage, and improve how teams operate across Product, Engineering, Operations, and go-to-market functions.
This role reports to the Director, Product Operations. For this role, we are primarily looking for candidates based in the Bay Area who can collaborate in person 3 days per week.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations and cross-functional teams to build and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
- Be the voice of customer to inform product development in a data-driven approach
- Optimize processes, dashboards and cadence to drive input collection, prioritize product development and land products
- Identify, design, and implement AI-enabled workflows and automation to reduce manual work, improve operating efficiency, and scale internal processes
- Lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient documentation and process flows
- Serve as a key partner to Product Managers, providing operational insights and support throughout the product lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product operations and overall business performance
- Lead special cross-functional projects in unexplored areas, including opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve how teams work
LET’S CONNECT IF YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Typically 5-7 years of professional experience in Product Operations, Management Consulting, or a related field within a technology company
- Experience with product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and data analysis tools
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to improve internal processes, reduce manual work, or scale operational workflows
- Ability to identify high-impact automation opportunities, translate ambiguous operational problems into structured workflows, and partner with technical and non-technical teams to implement solutions
- Experience driving change management across cross-functional teams, including enabling adoption of new processes, tools, or ways of working
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer-centric and leadership mindset
