Job description
Your Mission & Challenges
As Product Owner NeuraGym Cloud Platform, you will be responsible for the vision, roadmap and backlog for NeuraGym's cloud and edge software, our Physical AI Data & Training Platform. You will make the product decisions for this area and stand up for the result. Hand in hand with the Product Owner NeuraGym, who is responsible for the overall product, you will turn a shared vision into a clear backlog for our engineering teams and from it working software that is delivered every sprint and makes our robots smarter step by step.
- Backlog responsibility: You organize, refine, and communicate the product backlog so that teams know what's most important and why at all times. You formulate clear backlog items with meaningful acceptance criteria.
- Design the product: You decide which features are implemented and which are not. You weigh up user value, effort, risk and strategic fit and make your decisions transparent.
- In lockstep with the NeuraGym Product Owner: You translate the overall product strategy into goals for the cloud platform, keep both roadmaps in sync and speak with one voice to customers and stakeholders.
- Architecture Partners: You'll work closely with department leadership and our architects to balance new features with security, tenant separation, scalability, and technical debt. You'll cut work along domain boundaries so teams can deliver independently.
- Know your users: You understand robot operators, ML researchers, data teams, partners, and customer admins. You get their feedback into every review and check if what we build really solves their problems.
- Agile delivery: You define product goals and design planning, refinement and reviews in such a way that they bring real added value to the teams.
- Think scaling: You will design a platform that serves many customers in many regions – with cost transparency and reliable operation right from the start.
- Connect the ecosystem: You coordinate with the other teams in our cloud platform, as well as robotics and AI teams, on shared skills and dependencies. From identity and organizations to deployment to our robots.
What we want from you
- In-depth experience: 5+ years in product ownership or product management for software products, ideally for B2B platforms, SaaS or data and ML tooling.
- Agile way of working: You have experience in agile teams, ideally with Scrum, and use methods pragmatically instead of dogmatically.
- Stakeholder management: You have confidently led many stakeholders with competing interests up to senior management and can say no with good reason.
- Technical understanding: You will discuss cloud architecture, APIs, and domain boundaries confidently with engineers. Understanding AWS, data pipelines, or ML workflows is a big plus; no coding is required.
- Platform experience: You have been responsible for complex, multi-tenant platform products and know what scaling means for features, costs and operations.
- Outcome orientation: You measure success by the impact on users, not the output, and use data and user feedback to inform your decisions.
- Passion for Physical AI: You want to help shape the robotics of the future, made in Europe.
- Communication: Clear and confident towards engineers, customers and management. Very good written and spoken English, German is a plus
