Job description
We're looking for a Product Specialist (New Grad) to join our Product team. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Artists, and Developers, and play a key role in supporting product decisions, improving game features, designing new levels, and contributing to the performance and player experience of our games.

Requirements
- New grad with a bachelor's degree (or in your final year)
- Strong interest in mobile games and how they are built
- An analytical mindset with curiosity for working with data
- Sense of ownership, creativity, and attention to detail
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
- Eagerness to learn, iterate, and grow in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Analyze player behavior and game metrics to identify improvement areas
- Support the design and iteration of game features and mechanics
- Conduct competitor and market research to generate insights
- Assist in setting up and analyzing A/B tests
- Collaborate with engineers, artists, and data team members
- Contribute ideas to improve gameplay and player experience
- Support product decisions with data and research
