A leading Aerospace and Defense assembly manufacturer in Chandler Arizona is seeking experienced Solder/ Wire Harness Assembly Technicians. The perfect Candidate for this position will be reliable, have a good work ethic, be a team player, and take great pride in building assemblies that help keep America safe.
Weekly Schedule: Full time, 9/80 Schedule
Week 1 - Mon-Fri 6:00a-2:00p (overtime as required).
Week 2 - Mon-Thur 6:00am-4:00pm (overtime as required)
Pay: $19 to $23 per hour
Specific Responsibilities:
- Crimping, stripping, and using various hand tools.
- Assemble product by following drawings, traveler, and work instructions.
- Follow IPC-620 and J-STD-001 guidelines (in house training is available).
- Following assembly procedures and documenting all work in a traveler.
Required Skills:
- Previous wire harness experience or formal wire harness training is required.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, drawing notes, and assembly procedures.
- A strong work ethic, an eye for quality, and a sense of pride.
- Must know how to read and use a ruler/scale/tape measure/caliper.
- Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
- Must be able to read, speak, and write English.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
