THE ROLE
Join our production team as a Production Operator and help us revolutionize electronics manufacturing. You'll work hands-on with advanced automated equipment, ensuring high-quality circuit board assembly while maintaining our industry-leading speed and precision standards.
No direct experience with electronics manufacturing is necessary, but we like curious people willing to learn. You enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology meets manufacturing excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
The types of work you'll do:
- Equipment Operation - Running and monitoring automated SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines and assembly equipment
- Quality Control - Performing visual inspections, testing, and quality checks on assembled circuit boards
- Material Handling - Managing component inventory, kitting parts, and maintaining organized workstation areas
- Process Optimization - Following standard operating procedures and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency
- Machine Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting basic issues, and coordinating with technical teams
- Documentation - Recording production data, tracking metrics, and maintaining accurate work logs
- Safety Compliance - Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment

Nice to have: Experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, or working with automated equipment. Technical training or certifications in manufacturing or electronics are a plus but not required.
