About the role

As a Program Manager at ApotheCom, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality medical communications and publications projects from start to finish. Working closely with cross-functional teams and clients, you'll oversee project planning, timelines, budgets, and day-to-day execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Manage multiple medical communications publications projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and support client communications.
  • Monitor project scope, risks, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Support proposal development, project scoping, and budget creation for new initiatives.
  • Track project finances, including forecasting, invoicing, reconciliation, and budget reporting.
  • Coordinate project meetings, document action items, and ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Prepare project documentation, presentations, and client materials.
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining accurate project records and supporting continuous process improvements.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of project or program management experience within medical communications working on publications accounts.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
