Why we're hiring:

WPP is accelerating the adoption of AI across the enterprise, investing in a portfolio of strategic initiatives designed to transform how work gets done across our global business.

Within Enterprise Technology, we're enabling this transformation by building the platforms, capabilities and operating models that will power the next generation of work. From Microsoft Copilot and intelligent automation to emerging AI technologies and agentic workflows, we're embedding AI into the fabric of how WPP operates globally.

We're looking for a Programme Manager (Value & Delivery) to help us understand, measure and evidence the impact of AI across the organisation.

This role sits at the centre of WPP's Enterprise AI adoption and measurement capability. You'll own the data, reporting and analytics that enable senior leaders to understand how AI is being adopted, where value is being created and what actions are needed to accelerate impact.

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical and data modelling expertise with a delivery mindset. You'll be responsible for building trusted executive reporting, integrating data from multiple sources and ensuring adoption, usage and value metrics stand up to scrutiny. If you enjoy turning complex datasets into actionable insight and want to play a key role in one of WPP's most important transformation programmes, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and enhance the Enterprise AI reporting and measurement framework, ensuring leaders have a clear view of adoption, utilisation and business impact.
  • Configure and manage Viva Insights reporting, dashboards and benchmark frameworks to support executive decision-making.
  • Lead usage and adoption tracking across multiple Microsoft 365 environments, creating a consolidated view of performance and engagement.
  • Build, maintain and continuously improve the Power BI reporting estate and underlying data models.
  • Integrate organisational and workforce data to enable meaningful analysis across regions, functions and business groups.
  • Reconcile and validate adoption, readiness and impact metrics, ensuring reporting is accurate, consistent and trusted.
  • Support value realisation activities by maintaining measurement methodologies and challenging assumptions behind reported outcomes.
  • Produce executive reporting and insight packs that translate complex data into clear recommendations and business actions.
  • Support delivery of the wider Enterprise AI opportunity pipeline by providing analytics, reporting and performance insight.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Transformation and business teams to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, programme measurement or performance reporting within a complex multinational environment.
  • Strong Power BI expertise, with experience designing, building and maintaining scalable reporting solutions.
  • Demonstrable data modelling capability and confidence integrating multiple data sources into a single, trusted view.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • The ability to move beyond reporting numbers to identifying insights, trends and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to present findings to senior audiences.
  • Strong written communication and the ability to create clear, concise and executive-ready reporting.
  • A delivery-focused mindset, with a desire to build solutions and drive outcomes rather than simply produce reports.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Viva Insights, Microsoft Copilot or Microsoft 365 adoption programmes.
  • Exposure to Workday data and workforce analytics.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformation or digital adoption initiatives.
  • Knowledge of business value measurement, benefits tracking or ROI reporting.
  • Previous experience within a global matrix organisation, ideally within technology, consulting, media or professional services environments.
