Job description
What you'll do
- Manage civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients from concept through construction
- Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
- Lead project teams to deliver design solutions that meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to support design development and project execution
- Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery
- Support proposal preparation and contribute to project planning efforts
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members
What you bringg
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 7+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project management
- Experience managing civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and/or industrial clients
- Strong understanding of civil site design, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus
- Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding project teams
- Understanding of business metrics for project success
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Schedule: On-site: Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
