Job description

Role: Senior QlikView & Qlik Sense Developer Position

Internal Designation: Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst (Depending on seniority and past experience)

Company: Sigmoid Analytics

Work Location: Bangalore, Whitefield (Hybrid - 3 days a week)

Requirements

- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in QlikView and Qlik Sense development, administration, and technical architecture.

- Strong knowledge of Qlik application assessment, rationalization & optimization.

- Experience analyzing Qlik applications, including QVFs, QVWs, QVDs, data models, scripts, dashboards, expressions, and dependencies.

- Strong understanding of QlikView/Qlik Sense architecture, including On-Premise, Qlik Sense Enterprise, and Qlik Cloud.

- Strong in Qlik scripting, data modeling, Set Analysis, Section Access, variables, extensions, and advanced expressions.

- Experience identifying application usage, duplication, redundancy, complexity, business criticality, and opportunities for retirement/consolidation.

- Strong understanding of QVD layered architecture (Staging), data lineage, source-to-dashboard dependencies, and impact analysis.

- Ability to perform technical discovery, application profiling & dependency analysis.

- Ability to work with business users, Qlik administrators, architects, and technical teams.

- Experience preparing rationalization recommendations, technical assessment reports, and migration activities.

Special Note

Please ensure candidates must have strong, practical experience with both the QlikView tool and QlikView on-premise architecture, as this expertise is mandatory for the position.
