  • Support the Lead in coordinating with Moderation, Customer Support, and Global Scaled Operations teams to resolve quality disputes.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent interpretation of trust and safety policies across all vendor sites.
  • Help test and implement new quality automation tools or auditing platforms introduced by the technical and leadership teams.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent foundational experience in operational auditing.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets for tracking audit results and basic trend analysis.
  • Highly organised with a strong ability to identify subtle discrepancies in moderation decisions and data entries.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills used to document audit findings and provide feedback to vendor teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot routine quality issues and apply policy rubrics to complex user cases independently.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced team setting with the flexibility to adapt to evolving safety policies and global operational needs.

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
