What you will do
- Perform manual testing of new features and releases across the Plaud Teams, Pricing flow, and Growth projects
- Write clear, reproducible bug reports and track resolution with engineering
- Develop working knowledge of core user flows: recording, transcription, subscription management, workspace governance, and billing
- Contribute to test plans and regression suites ahead of releases
- Partner with PMs and engineers to define acceptance criteria before features ship
- Validate bug fixes and conduct regression testing
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
- 3+ years of QA experience with a strong manual testing focus
- Ability to write clear, detailed bug reports and test cases
- Experience testing web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications
- Experience testing SaaS or subscription-based products preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Linear, or similar issue trackers
- Able to ramp up quickly and work independently with minimal onboarding
Compensation: $40-50/hr
