JOB SUMMARY

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all Zeeco visitors and colleagues. This role requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This Role is responsible for the Zeeco Global Technology Center reception lobby and front desk experience, efficiently answering phone calls, greeting visitors, clients, customers and employees and coordinating the functions of the reception lobby and front desk and Visitor Conference Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting and welcoming visitors. Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls. Maintaining a tidy and presentable, and ready to use reception lobby, front desk and Visitor Conference Center. Managing mail and deliveries, as necessary. Scheduling appointments and updating calendars. Enforcing basic security procedures (visitor sign in sheets, issuing visitor badges, auditing, and reports). Performing clerical duties such as email, data entry, facilities ticket software portal, and ordering supplies.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication. Customer Service: Ability to greet visitors professionally and handle inquiries politely. Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to maintain a positive attitude. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED. Preferred: Additional certification in Office Management or related fields is a plus.
