As a Recruiting and Office Coordinator, you will support the company’s recruiting efforts and day-to-day office functions. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, coordinating the hiring process, onboarding new employees, and assisting with internal initiatives that contribute to a positive and productive workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements
- Help maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting trackers
- Assist with office coordination, including managing day-to-day office needs and organization
- Support internal initiatives, culture events, and employee engagement efforts
- Attend career fairs and other recruiting-related events as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to support hiring needs across multiple offices
- Follow the highest ethical and confidentiality standards
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office skills and related computer knowledge
