- Serve as the escalation point for schedule, cost, and quality risk across your sites, partnering with the Project Controls Manager on program-level tracking
- Coordinate with the Construction EHS Manager on safety program execution at each site
- Interface with Design Engineering and Commissioning to enforce the hard gate on BOD and drawing approval before construction proceeds
- Manage the seam into Startup and Turnover, ensuring construction-complete sites are handed off cleanly toward commissioning and integrated systems test

- Track record managing GC and trade partner performance across concurrent, geographically distributed job sites
- Strong command of schedule and cost tracking tools and practices; comfortable operating without a fully built-out project controls function
- Ability to travel frequently across a multi-state portfolio
