Job description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of music products from A&R handoff through to commercial release. Acting as a key link between A&R, Business Affairs, Product Management, Creative and Production teams, you'll help ensure releases are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standard. You'll also play a central role in maintaining the release schedule and supporting the ongoing improvement of our supply chain processes.
What You'll Do
- Manage release planning to ensure all products are delivered to DSPs on time.
- Perform quality checks on metadata and assets before release.
- Partner with A&R, Business Affairs and labels to meet release and pitching deadlines.
- Maintain the digital release schedule and manage label expectations.
- Register video releases with RiSA.
- Support metadata delivery and catalogue distribution across DSPs.
- Troubleshoot release and supply chain issues, coordinating with local and international teams.
- Support continuous improvements and projects across digital and physical supply chains.
- Liaise with manufacturing and print partners when required.
- Produce reporting, investigations and project analysis using relevant systems.
- Provide cover for the Operations Manager, including royalty reporting and release scheduling meetings.
Who You Are
- Strong understanding of the music industry, release processes and artist development.
- Knowledge of digital distribution, DSPs, metadata management and music delivery systems.
- Experience with platforms such as iTunes Connect, Vevo Admin, Scatman or similar tools.
- Understanding of physical product manufacturing and release processes.
- Excellent project management, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills.
- Passionate about music and the evolving entertainment industry.
