Job description
XLA is looking for a Program Support Specialist to support a federal agency in Arlington, VA. This position requires the candidate to be eligible to obtain a U.S. secret security clearance and is onsite position Monday-Friday.
***Salary: $60,000 - $65,000***
This position will assist DEA with the Relocation of DEA Employees due to Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves and the transportation of their household good.
Program Support Specialist General Experience:
- Four (4) years of relevant experience providing program and data management support to program(s) of like size or scope.
Functional Responsibilities:
- maintenance of files
- distribution of information, paper or electronic, as instructed by federal government staff
- data entry in UFMS, MLINQS and any other PCS related systems.
- expertise on relocation and permanent change of station (PCS)
- educational leadership/professional development program expertise
- budget and finance expertise
- working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets and electronic messaging is necessary
Minimum Experience/Education/Certification:
- Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience
