Job description

UTA seeks a Representative, Cash Management to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and have a high attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to excel in a fast-paced work environment. This position is based in Beverly Hills, California.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $24.00 to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do

  • Apply cash receipts in the booking subledger to the proper client booking promptly
  • Monitor the receipt of cash, checks, wires, and ACH payments from buyers and clients
  • Responsible for researching any unapplied cash to client bookings
  • Reconcile cash receipts backup to the booking details
  • Research variances between booking and cash receipt
  • Provide backup to other team members
  • Address stakeholder inquiries
  • Assist with ad hoc requests

What You Will Need

  • 1+ years of Accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in Entertainment or Banking highly preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer service-focused role a plus
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to explain accounting details and concepts
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
