JOB DESCRIPTION

The Level99 team is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager who will play an integral part in the Victory Brewing management team. This is an inspirational leader that offers support to both our team members and our guests. An AGM is passionate and knowledgeable when communicating our vision to create meaningful experiences and hospitality for our guests. This role works closely with multiple key departments within the operation, including the Events Sales Department, Culinary, and Entertainment departments for the smooth functioning of the Food & Beverage experience while upholding hospitality standards.

This person will lead by example and understand the importance of management vs. leadership. Our AGM will work in the trenches, side by side with the entertainment and F&B teams to drive overall venue quality, standards and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Connect with guests, build relationships, and cultivate regulars

- Maintain an approachable, positive, and energetic attitude to address guest and staff needs

- Handle tough conversations with decisiveness, grace, and maturity

- Proactively take initiative to drive shift operations forward

- Manage systems including Toast POS, OpenTable, Sling, and Lever

- Schedule hourly staff to optimize sales and achieve hospitality targets

- Coach staff on hospitality and F&B service standards

- Uphold venue safety, entertainment risks, and food safety standards.

- Support and collaborate across F&B, events, and entertainment teams

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in operational technology, including Microsoft Office

OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE

- Knowledge of a second language, particularly Spanish, a plus
