Summary

The Sales Development Representative will communicate C1's value to technical stakeholders and leverage CRM tools to identify high-potential prospects. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop messaging and prioritizing lead sources for efficient prospecting.

Job description

C1 is the first AI-native identity security platform that protects every identity: human, non-human, and AI. With powerful automation, platform-level AI, and out-of-the-box connectors, it centralizes access visibility, enforces fine-grained controls, enables just-in-time access, and automates user access reviews across all apps. It’s easy to use, quick to deploy, and trusted by enterprises like DigitalOcean, Instacart, Ramp, and Zscaler.

We are looking for driven sales professionals to join our SDR team in the San Francisco Office (HQ). Our vision of growth does not only apply to the company as a whole, but also the team that makes it possible. We have created a culture of continuous learning, critical thinking from all team members, and creating a clear career growth plan within C1.

What you’ll do:

  • Communicate C1’s value to technical stakeholders.
  • Leverage HubSpot, Lusha, and LinkedIn Navigator to identify high potential prospects who can benefit from C1’s solution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Outside Sales teams to develop, test and iterate messaging across multiple industries and personas
  • Prioritize different lead sources and prospecting priorities for efficient and effective prospecting.

You’d be an excellent addition if…

  • You have previous work experience as outbound SDR at a technology company, with Security and IT leaders and practitioners as your audience.
  • You have consistently been a top performer in prior roles.
  • You have the ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects / deals at the same time.
  • You have experience working with developers, decision makers, and C-level executives within an organization.
  • You are comfortable outbounding on the phone.
  • You strive to improve processes and embrace change as a way to grow in your career

Extra Credit if…..

  • You’ve sold (and/or have a lot of curiosity about) cyber security
