Job description

About The Role:

Parker’s mission is simple but ambitious: to increase the number of financially independent people. We believe the best way to achieve this is by giving independent business owners the financial tools they need to scale profitably.

Our core product combines a virtual corporate card with dynamic spending limits and profitability-focused software tooling—empowering eCommerce merchants to grow faster while staying in control of their margins.

We’ve raised over $180M in equity and debt from world-class investors, including Valar Ventures, Y Combinator, SVB, and notable founders such as Solomon Hykes (Docker), Paul Buchheit (Gmail), Paul Graham (Y Combinator), and Robert Leshner (Compound). We’re a Series B fintech scaling rapidly, with strong product-market fit and accelerating demand.

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our outbound sales efforts. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential prospects across multiple channels, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our Account Executives. This is an entry-to-growth level role with fast-track potential into AE, Partnerships, or Customer Success.

What You'll Do:

  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Execute high-volume outreach via:
  • Cold/warm email campaigns
  • SMS follow-ups and cold calling
  • LinkedIn and social media engagement
  • Research, identify, and prioritize high-fit leads in ecommerce and DTC
  • Use automation tools to streamline your workflow and maximize productivity
  • Lead Qualification & Handoff
  • Run initial discovery conversations to assess prospect fit
  • Book and confirm high-quality meetings for the AE team
  • Provide Account Executives with context and notes for seamless handoffs
  • CRM & Performance Management
  • Maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM (Hubspot)
  • Track daily outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked
  • Submit weekly reports and share insights to help refine strategy
  • Sales Collaboration & Growth:
  • Work closely with AEs and Sales Leadership to align on goals and tactics
  • Participate in role-play sessions, trainings, and feedback loops
  • Continuously test and refine your messaging to improve conversion

Success Looks Like:

  • High daily outreach volume
  • Strong email/call-to-meeting conversion rate
  • Consistent, qualified meetings for AEs
  • CRM accuracy and proactive follow-ups
  • Ongoing improvement and initiative

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (or a
  • strong interest in breaking into tech sales)
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, personable, and persuasive
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Driven by performance, learning, and career growth
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy startup environment

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience using Hubspot, Apollo, or similar outreach tools
  • Familiarity with ecommerce, DTC brands, or fintech
  • Prior SDR or cold outreach experience

Compensation & Perks:

  • Competitive base salary + commission
  • Early-stage equity
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Flexible PTO and remote-friendly setup
  • Career development support and internal growth opportunities
  • A collaborative, founder-facing culture that values impact and creativity
