Job description

At Coram AI, we’re reimagining video security for the modern world. Our cloud-native platform uses computer vision and AI to help businesses stay safe, make smarter decisions, and move faster; from real-time alerts to seamless clip sharing and multi-site visibility.

You’ll be joining an ambitious, fast-moving team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and impact. Every person here has a voice, ships meaningful work, and helps shape how AI can make the world safer and more connected.

The role:

As a Sales Manager in Lehi, you’ll play a major part in helping to build and develop the team, the culture, and GTM strategy. You’ll hire and coach Account Executives selling across the U.S. and Canada, set the standard for performance, and close strategic deals alongside your team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll act as a builder and a mentor.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully hire, train, and coach full-cycle Account Executives
  • Drive sales growth by hitting revenue targets and growing pipeline across all territories
  • Lead by example by maintaining a book of strategic accounts
  • Keep a high bar for culture and standards by defining what winning looks like in every step of the sales cycle
  • Work closely with Executive Leadership, Marketing, and Product to shape GTM strategy
  • Create scalable and repeatable processes, from forecasting to deal execution and performance management

Skills and qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years managing high-performing teams
  • Proven success building or scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of above-target performance and commitment in previous roles
  • Experience selling SaaS, security, or enterprise technology to a highly technical audience
  • Comfortable leading a team selling to national and Canadian accounts
  • Hands-on, results-driven, obsessed with execution and coaching
  • Proficiency with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot
  • Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Ability to work in an onsite environment

What we offer:

  • Competitive compensation package (base salary + variable compensation)
  • 100% Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and base life insurance
  • Flexible paid time off and 9 paid holidays
  • 401(k) with both Traditional and Roth options
  • Equity in a rapidly growing company
  • Referral bonuses
  • Daily team dinners and regular team off-sites
  • The latest Apple tech and unlimited tools so you can win

We're on a mission to transform a $50B+ legacy industry by bringing the power of cutting-edge multimodal LLMs and computer vision to real-world security and operations. From firearm detection to intelligent access control, our AI-native platform turns every camera and sensor into a smart system that enhances safety, efficiency, and awareness.

Founded by Ashesh Jain (ex-Lyft Level 5, PhD Cornell) and Peter Ondruska (ex-Lyft, PhD Oxford), Coram AI is backed by Ansa Capital, Battery Ventures, Mosaic, 8VC and Up Partners, have raised over $65M, and were named to the CB Insights AI 100 as one of the most promising AI companies in the world. If you're excited to work on mission-critical AI that makes an impact in the real world, we’d love to meet you.
