What You’ll Do

As Sol de Janeiro is rapidly growing and expanding, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to enhance retailer performance, expand market share across various channels, and strengthen relationships with retail partners, with a particular focus on Pure Player accounts. Additionally, you will assist in executing business strategies, coordinate marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment with brand objectives. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing key performance data to optimize brand visibility and market positioning. The position involves international collaboration and oversees key markets, including DACH, NL, and PL.

This role will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager DACH, NL PL.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Sales Support & Retailer Management
  • Support the Senior Manager, Key Account in implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis to optimize sales performance
  • Maintain and update product and pricing information with retail partners
  • Coordinate orders and monitor stock levels in collaboration with internal teams and retail partners
  • Assist in planning and executing annual meetings and preparing presentations for key account meetings
  • Marketing & Trade Marketing
  • Support the development and execution of KPI-led marketing plans with retail partners, defining clear performance targets and tracking results to drive performance.
  • Coordinate and provide assets for marketing campaigns
  • Ensure brand guideline compliance across all trade and marketing initiatives
  • Assist in defining sampling opportunities, managing forecasts, and tracking performance
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations
  • Coordinate and provide digital assets and product information for retailer channels
  • Ensure correct product representation and brand messaging on retail partner digital platforms
  • Events & Promotions
  • Support the planning, organization, and execution of events
  • Collaborate closely with the VM team to ensure optimal brand presence
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and update regular sales and marketing reports for performance tracking
  • Analyze sales data and marketing activities to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning

Must Haves

  • Min 2-5 years relevant experience in commercial roles, preferably in retail/cosmetics/luxury goods
  • University Graduate, with a major in Business, Management or Marketing
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (German & English as must)
  • Capacity to work in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and affinity with retail, digital marketing and business
  • A strong understanding of the wider EU market is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using consumer, brand, and marketing data metrics to inform strategy
  • Innovator with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to network and influence stakeholders and communicate recommendations concisely & persuasively
  • Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in our Germany Office)
  • This role requires regular travel to visit key retailers and support market activities.
