Core mandate: Build the right sales network, manpower structure and operating mechanisms to enable efficient growth.
Key responsibilities
Manpower Management – manpower planning, deployment, productivity and capacity management Network Planning – territory design, consolidation, beat planning and territory optimization Agent App / GTM – drive app changes, adoption and GTM of new capabilities Salary, Incentives & New Initiatives – payout structures, incentive design and launch of new earning opportunities Territory Consolidation – manage territory restructuring, mapping and ownership changes Analytics & Insights – identify gaps and build data-backed task creation logics Partner with Product / Tech / Business teams to convert operational gaps into scalable solutions Success metrics: Manpower productivity | Territory efficiency | App adoption | Cost efficiency | Network coverage | Initiative adoption
