Why work at TACT

  • Culture & Ratings: 4.3/5.0 overall employer rating (11 reviews) with culture at 4.2 and career development at 4.2 — above-average marks for a small clinical services provider. Work-life balance (3.7) and compensation (3.9) are more moderate areas.
  • Career Growth: "Unparalleled professional development opportunities" per the company's own careers page, backed by scholarship programs, field experience for certification, and regular internal promotions visible in the org structure (technicians → senior BCBAs → clinical directors).
  • Role Flexibility: Mix of remote part-time roles (ABA Technician — Remote, Part-Time), hybrid-adjacent roles, and fully on-site clinical positions (School Support Behavior Technician in Dedham; Clinical Director in Acton). Good range for different career stages.
  • Purpose-Driven Work: Direct mission impact — working hands-on with autistic clients and their families to build communication and social skills.
  • Research & Publication Opportunities: Staff are encouraged to present at regional and national behavior analysis conferences and contribute to professional literature — unusual for a small provider.
  • Reported Salary Ranges (from workforce data): ABA Technician ~$45,981/yr; Behavior Technician ~$47,986/yr; Junior Practitioner ~$98,341/yr. Note: these are third-party estimates, not official company figures.
