Job description

About IntusCare: IntusCare is the only end-to-end technology ecosystem built specifically for PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) and similar coordinated care models. We help our customers deliver exceptional care, strengthen financial performance, and stay compliant through a purpose-built EMR and a suite of modern, cloud-native solutions where data and AI sit at the center of everything we do. The result: modern infrastructure for complex senior care, so teams spend less time wrestling with systems and more time caring for older adults with the dignity they deserve.

Role Overview: The Senior Account Manager serves as the strategic relationship owner for a portfolio of IntusCare clients and is directly responsible for commercial growth within their book of business. This person will blend commercial and sales acumen with a deep commitment to partnership, ensuring every client realizes the full value of IntusCare’s solutions while identifying and closing opportunities for renewal, expansion and long-term growth. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Sales, Client Success, Implementation, Product, and other Client Delivery teams to drive value, retention, and growth across your accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand IntusCare’s footprint through cross-sell and upsell strategies
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned clients, managing renewals, upsells, and contract negotiations in partnership with leadership
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with executive and operational stakeholders across client organizations
  • Monitor and be responsible for overall account health and proactively address risks or barriers to client satisfaction in conjunction with other cross-functional teams
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally by building trusted, cross-functional relationships across Product, Client Delivery, Analytics, and other key teams - becoming a go-to connector who routes client needs efficiently to the right stakeholders
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
  • Collaborate internally with Product and Analytics teams to communicate client needs, feature requests, and success stories
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, renewal timelines, and pipeline opportunities in CRM and project systems
  • Drive success in your book of business through proactivity and self-direction in a fast-changing environment

Requirements:

  • 4-8+ years of experience in account management, client partnerships, sales or commercial roles within healthcare technology, population health or SaaS environments
  • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models (PACE, ACOs, Medicare Advantage, etc.) and the dynamics of risk-bearing organizations
  • Commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to drive upsells, revenue expansion, and renewal
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with high retention and growth outcomes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and project management tools
  • Experience with EMR software is a plus

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is 130K-145K. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.

Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States. Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
