About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our Global Partnerships team in Barcelona. In this role, you will take ownership of relationships with a portfolio of approximately 30–35 demand-side platform (DSP) and supply-side platform (SSP) partners. You will be fully accountable for the revenue generated across your portfolio—strengthening existing partnerships while proactively identifying new opportunities for growth. Beyond managing your partner portfolio, you will also lead one of two strategic growth initiatives: expanding our curated deal catalogue or supporting the rollout of our instream video offering. Reporting to the VP Partnerships, you will work closely with an Account Director and collaborate with teams across Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering and Supply.

What You Will Be Doing

Build and maintain strong, trusted and long-term relationships with DSP and SSP partners. Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s capabilities, products and commercial opportunities, connecting them with Ogury’s business and client needs. Own the commercial performance of your portfolio, including pipeline development, weekly updates, opportunity weighting and forecasting against quarterly revenue targets. Identify and pursue new partnership and revenue opportunities to expand Ogury’s footprint. Lead quarterly business reviews with key partners and translate insights into clear, actionable growth plans. Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, including contracts, terms and pricing. Lead one of the role’s two strategic growth initiatives, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Supply. Partner with Product, Solutions Engineering and Supply to resolve technical issues across live integrations, including bid requests, ad quality, discrepancies and deal delivery. Represent partner needs internally and help translate their requirements into meaningful product and roadmap input. Monitor and analyse partner performance, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations to improve revenue generation. Stay close to industry developments, emerging technologies and evolving trends across the programmatic advertising ecosystem. Deliver a consistently high level of service and support across all partner-related questions and challenges.

About You

You have at least three years of experience in Account Management, Partner Management or a similar commercially focused role, ideally within programmatic advertising, an SSP, DSP, ad exchange or ad network. You have a strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs and the wider programmatic advertising ecosystem. You combine relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset and are motivated by achieving and exceeding revenue targets. You are confident managing a pipeline, forecasting revenue and turning data into clear commercial actions. You are a strong communicator and negotiator who can build credibility with both external partners and internal stakeholders. You are analytical, solutions-oriented and comfortable working through complex commercial or technical challenges. You can work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines in a fast-moving environment. You are confident using Excel or Google Sheets, CRM tools and business intelligence or reporting platforms. SQL knowledge would be an advantage. You have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions and Marketing. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or another relevant field.
