Role

As Associate Programmes for SE3, you will take SE3's autonomous systems and Spatial AI capability to market with European militaries and industry partners. You will own opportunities through the European defence procurement landscape, develop the commercial and competitive positioning that wins them, and build the institutional relationships that the company needs to grow.

  • Drive programmes across Europe from opportunity identification, capture, and commercial bid development through to award
  • Build and maintain relationships across the Bundeswehr and primes
  • Drive the writing of technical and commercial proposals and coordinate the contributions of engineering, legal and finance
  • Own the commercial discipline of the function - pipeline accuracy, probability of award, and clear reporting to leadership on movement and risk
  • Develop the commercial response on the opportunities you lead, building the costing, pricing, and competitive positioning that underpin each bid

Your profile

  • A degree in business, engineering, political science, international relations, or an adjacent discipline; a postgraduate qualification is welcome
  • Professional experience across defence procurement, public-sector strategy consulting, business development in the public sector
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and into other strategic markets where SE3 is pursuing opportunities
  • Strong analytical writer and confident operator with senior counterparts, able to prepare, present, and follow through with credibility
  • Native-level German and full professional fluency in English, in both written and spoken form

Given the nature of SE3's work in the defence sector, candidates must be eligible to obtain and hold the security clearance required for this role.
