As WHOOP expands its global reach and introduces millions more people to the platform, brand investment plays a critical role in driving durable, long-term growth. WHOOP is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join the Brand Marketing Analytics team to shape how we measure the impact of brand marketing investments. In this role, you will connect upper-funnel performance to long-term business outcomes, generate insights that inform marketing strategy, and enable smarter investment decisions through rigorous analytics and measurement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand Performance Analysis: Analyze brand campaign performance across media

channels, creative executions, audience segments, and markets to identify trends,

measure effectiveness, and generate actionable insights that improve brand investment

decisions.

  • Measurement Strategy & Experimentation: Partner with Brand, Media, and Data Science

teams to design, execute, and evaluate brand measurement initiatives, including

incrementality testing, brand lift studies, geo-lift experiments, marketing mix modeling,

and other methodologies that connect upper-funnel investment to business outcomes.

  • Brand Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain trusted dashboards, reporting

frameworks, and measurement tools that provide visibility into brand health, awareness,

consideration, media effectiveness, and other key upper-funnel performance metrics.

  • Insights & Strategic Recommendations: Synthesize survey data, media performance,

web behavior, and brand health metrics into clear, data-driven recommendations that

influence creative strategy, media planning, and long-term marketing investment.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Media, Data

Science, and external measurement partners to define business questions, improve

measurement capabilities, and advance WHOOP's overall brand measurement strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in business analytics, marketing analytics, or a related analytical

function supporting consumer businesses.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize diverse data sources

into clear business insights and effectively communicate recommendations to technical

and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with modern data platforms such as

Snowflake, dbt, or similar technologies.

  • Experience with brand or upper-funnel measurement methodologies such as brand lift

studies, awareness tracking, geo-lift experiments, or marketing mix modeling.

  • Familiarity with media concepts and metrics (reach, frequency, impressions, CPM, GRPs)

and how they connect to brand outcomes.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced,

collaborative environment.

  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
