You will be:

  • eliciting and analyzing the client’s business needs,
  • co-creating and modeling a solution vision aligned with the customer’s priorities and available resources,
  • defining functional and non-functional requirements for the developed IT systems,
  • collaborating with the development team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, to ensure the expected solution is delivered.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects and with Guidewire PolicyCenter,
  • ACE certification is required,
  • familiarity with ContactManager (CM) and its integration with PC/CC,
  • familiarity with modern IT technologies and platforms, including integration and backend services,
  • experience in system integrations,
  • ability to model system integrations and datasets,
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with senior management.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • experience across the full Guidewire suite, including PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and ClaimCenter (CC).
