Job description
As a Senior Data Analyst at Lalamove, you will be shaping the future of Lalamove operations through data-driven insights. You will deep dive into our data and uncover actionable learnings to empower Operations teams in making informed business decisions across markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for generating value out of data and impacting business performance.
What you will do:
- Develop and apply analytical frameworks for solving complex business problems
- Partner with stakeholders across the company to influence business objectives and goals
- Build intuitive and impactful dashboards to allow stakeholders to make data-informed decisions
- Synthesize data into clear, actionable recommendations and effectively communicate them to different audiences
- Lead data-driven learning process of effective pre-launch impact measurement planning and post-implementation data review
What you'll need:
- At least 4 years of work experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with good understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Experience using Tableau or other BI Tools for reporting and analyses
- Proven track record of leveraging data to influence decision making
- Good command of English (both written and oral)
