What you’ll do
You are a design-obsessed conceptual thinker who loves rolling up your sleeves and collaborating across disciplines in a fast-paced agency environment. Partnering closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you bring an infectious passion for creative excellence across brand identity, packaging, visual communication, digital design, and time-based media. You stay on the leading edge of global design trends, seamlessly balancing high-level strategic problem-solving with hands-on design development. Whether participating in dynamic team brainstorms, contributing to design critiques, or diving deep into independent execution, you communicate ideas with confidence and craft creative solutions that directly support strategic project goals.
What you’ll need
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on experience in high-performing design environments. You boast an outstanding technical mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, paired with a curiosity for emerging digital platforms and new media technologies. An exceptional communicator and collaborative problem-solver, you excel at taking on complex strategic design briefs and translating them into compelling, goal-oriented visual work.
The salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $85,000 to $110,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
